Thanks to a matching grant from the Oregon Workforce Investment Board, administered by the Department of Community Colleges and workforce development, the Oregon Workforce Partnership interviewed dozens of local businesses to get their stories on the impact of the Employer Workforce Training Fund. The fund was resourced with Workforce Investment Act resources to help companies skill up workers, retain jobs, and grow.
